Warm pool experience

The tiny room built out of a concrete pipe was interesting.

We faced significant challenges . The Jacuzzi was inoperative when I needed it most for my nerve condition, which left me disappointed. There was zero space for luggage or coolers.

The vibrant design of Chango Mango impressed me, as did the friendly staff. The limited space in the rooms was a bit challenging, especially with my luggage needs. A garden view from my room added a lovely touch of nature to my stay.

It was just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in La Ventana with the best value for money ratio. I really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool area, especially after a long day out. It was perfect for unwinding. To save time, make sure to try the breakfast early to enjoy the freshly baked pastries before they run out.

friendly staff, but room could use some updates

The staff were genuinely friendly. The fast internet connection allowed me to work without interruptions. I appreciated the garden view from my room, bringing a touch of tranquility to my experience.

More seating areas would be helpful for relaxation.

The comfortable bed and great air conditioning exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in la ventana. Breakfast was a highlight with freshly baked croissants that were delicious.

The Standard Queen Room was really comfy with a great bed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Showers and bathrooms were always clean, which I loved. I also enjoyed the garden view from my room. It was nice to have that little touch of nature inside!

Comfy Standard Queen room with great air conditioning. The shared bathroom was always clean, and I loved the clothes rack and patio. Nice outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers and yoga classes available. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. Staff were super friendly and the room had a lovely garden view.

What a fantastic stay we had at this hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique barrel rooms, which my son loved. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were very good too ensure our happiness. The owners were understanding and amazing, making us feel right at home. Despite a small hiccup with the gates being locked upon our arrival, we were quickly assisted by a friendly fellow traveler who showed us where to find the lights. We later discovered that a few other guests had experienced the same issue, a bit unfortunate. we managed to find alternative accommodation at a nearby hostel and were relieved to secure the last room available. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience at Changomango was excellent. We cannot wait to return again soon.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning and a comfortable terrace to relax on. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the area and the rooms were comfortable enough.

When we got there in the evening, the gates were locked, and no one was around. We had to rely on another traveler to let us in, and we discovered that other guests had the same experience earlier.

We stayed at a hotel with unique barrel-shaped rooms which my son was so excited about. the location is beautiful and worth every penny spent. We were really impressed with the hospitality, and they made every effort to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. the room had great facilities which added to the charm of the room, for example, the terrace with a great view.

While everything was perfect, we had trouble finding the place at first, with no staff around when we arrived.
